Cari has been involved in the cheer industry for over a decade with experience in coaching, program director, choreographing routines, and now a cheer mom. Cari is very passionate and loves this sport. She says her main goal is to share what she has learned with future generations of cheerleaders and parents.
Angie Croft, a dedicated professional and community advocate, holds a double major in
Criminology and Psychology from Florida State University. With over 20 years of experience in
both the nonprofit and IT sectors, Angie brings a wealth of expertise and a unique perspective to
her role on the board.
A committed mother of three—Colton (13), Emma (10), and Wyatt (7)—Angie has been deeply
involved in her children’s activities, including coaching recreational cheerleading. Her daughter
Emma currently shines as a member of a J2 Elite team at a Division 1 gym, reflecting the
family’s strong commitment to cheerleading and youth sports.
Angie’s involvement with the Allstar Parent Association is driven by her commitment to creating
nurturing environments where young athletes can flourish. Her extensive background and
enthusiasm for youth sports make her an asset to the board as she works to support and

Shawn Holt brings a wealth of experience and passion as a member of the ASPA Board of
Directors. With over 15 years of experience in all-star cheerleading and coaching, she has
been instrumental in shaping the direction of her associated all-star program. Shawn is
USASF certified in Levels 1-4 and has judged numerous local competitions. Throughout her
coaching career, Shawn has been dedicated to promoting a positive, inclusive, and
